Women’s Health Nutritionist and Certified Nutrition Specialist Candidate (CNS) with a Masters in Clinical Nutrition from Sonoran University of Health Sciences. I utilize a personalized and evidence-based approach to nutrition and create practical protocols based on each client’s unique needs. I believe in treating the whole body rather than treating individual symptoms to help you feel your best.
